These pair of telescoping, lightweight aluminium hiking poles feature internal springs to absorb shock and protect your joints. The Anti-shock springs can be turned on and off with a twist of the pole. Use the extra cushioning for going downhill or rigid support for uphill.

Foam grip and wide, padded wrist loop ensure a comfortable and secure hold.

The tips are rubber but can be removed to reveal a carbide tip for sure grip on slippery surfaces

Small diameter trekking basket keeps the durable tip from sinking into soft dirt and sand, but resists getting caught in underbrush. When they are both collapsed, the three-section shafts fit back into the supplied carry case.

The poles extend from 64cm to 135cm and only weigh 290g each.
