It has been proven that with less then ten minutes of exercise per day, mental alertness and agility can be maintained and even accelerated, deterring the onset of brain fatigue, dementia and Alzheimer's dieses. There's not much point exercising your body whilst letting your brain fall into disuse. Exercising your brain will improve and prolong its useful life.

Logical Analysis: The objective of this exercise is to challenge and strengthen your logic judgement. There are 5 score levels and a total of 100 arithmetic questions.
Memory Retention: The objective of this exercise is to enhance memory power. There are two levels of difficulty. Advancement to level 2 is automatic if level 1 is achieved two times consecutively.
Co-Ordination: The object of this exercise is to strengthen eye-hand co-ordination.
Concentration: The objective of this exercise is to strengthen the power of concentration, memory and calculation speed.
Data Mode: Enabling this feature allows you to monitor your progress over a day, week, month or year, in order to view your improvement over time.
